"I am a grateful survivor of the demon we know as alcohol. My journey hasn't been easy, but it has been worth it."

My Rock Bottom: July 23, 2020
It's a date I will never forget. It was the day everything changed. The day I finally hit the wall that had been looming in front of me for years.
Addiction is a thief. It steals your joy, your health, your relationships, and eventually, your soul. For a long time, I thought I was managing. I thought I was in control. But the truth was, the alcohol was controlling me.
Waking up in that hospital bed was the most terrifying and liberating moment of my life. Terrifying because I realized how close I had come to losing everything. Liberating because I knew, deep in my bones, that I was done.
The Road to Recovery
Recovery isn't a straight line. It's a messy, beautiful, chaotic journey of self-discovery. It's about more than just putting down the bottle; it's about picking up the pieces of your life and building something new.
I learned that sobriety isn't about deprivation. It's about abundance. It's about getting your life back. It's about waking up without shame, looking in the mirror with love, and showing up for the people who matter.
Why Sober Nation USA?
I created Sober Nation USA because I wanted to share what I've learned. I wanted to create a space where people could find not just resources, but hope.
My mission is simple: to encourage and inspire you to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values. Whether you are on day one or year ten, you belong here.
